GetUpNRide was created in 2015 by Blake Owens and Nick Reed. Within weeks, our Tuesday social ride grew by the hundreds and still is massive to this day. Changing the culture in the city of New Orleans, GetUpNRide birthed a new activity that many people have adopted and love. Now you see so many locals and tourists riding through the city with lights in their wheels and music playing. It has become a New Orleans thing that people come from all over the world to do.

Known by everyone as the innovators of this incredible spectacle, we are the biggest weekly social ride since we started in 2015. We welcome everyone to join us on a Tuesday night for something truly unique and special. If you have a bike, all you need to do is show up for 8pm at the Art Garage 2231 St. Claude. Aside from our weekly social ride, we also do events with the kids through organizations like NORD and give back to the community with events like our annual Santa ride where we pull up with gifts and cook food for the homeless. GetUpNRide isn't just a business trying to make money like other touring companies, we ARE the community so we make sure to give back and put the community first.

On any day other than Tuesday and Sunday, we offer private tours for smaller groups.

Our tours are an amazing way to see the city with a group of friends, co-workers, or family. It's also a perfect way to celebrate bachelorette parties, birthday parties, sweet sixteens, fundraisers, etc... Our tour guides take you through the French quarters and cbd, stopping at various scenic locations, while listening to whatever music your group vibes with. They last 2 hours long and require a minimum of at least 10 people. Private tours are $30 per person, with a deposit of $60 to lock in your date. Deposits are refunded if the weather looks to be bad or applied to 2 people if everything looks good and we ride. Waivers must be signed by everyone before we start the tour. Book your tour here!
